The Center for Construction Research and Training (CPWR) created Construction Solutions Database as an online controls database based on the hierarchy of controls.  The database provides contractors and workers with safe solutions to potentially hazardous work thereby helping to eliminate/reduce worker injury, illness and death.

The National Safety Council (NSC) is a leading safety advocate for the past 100 years.  NSC engages businesses, government agencies, elected officials and the public to help prevent the third leading cause of death in the U.S. – preventable injuries.  Their mission is to eliminate preventable deaths at work, in homes and communities, and on the road through leadership, research, education and advocacy.
